In May 2014 we launched Home Matters Dementia Support CIC. Slowly but surely we have developed and grown our service to an organisation we are proud to be associated with. Our service recognises that Dementia can be extremely isolating and that traditional domiciliary care services do not always have the resources to provide an individualised package of support to meet the needs of both the individual who has dementia and their carer. Support is not just about personal care and administration of medication. We provide an holistic range of services to enhance the individual’s quality of life and to make them feel valued, happy and contented.

The Sunshine Team, as we like to be called, are managed on a daily basis by Gabby, supported by both Jane and Gregg, who are also Directors of Home Matters Supporting People Ltd., and of whom all have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Health & Social Care field.
